How to Create a UAH Microsoft Account

Introduction

Students, faculty, and staff are provided access to Microsoft Office at no cost. Students and faculty who wish to access Office 365 products and/or create a UAH Microsoft account can sign up with Office 365 for Education.

Many faculty and staff members do not need a Microsoft account as desktop deployments of Microsoft Office Pro are typically licensed through UAH's volume license. However, faculty who need an @uah.edu Microsoft account can follow the steps below to create one.

Steps

Follow the steps below to get started with Microsoft Office 365 for education

  1. Visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office
  2. Enter your UAH email address and select Get Started
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your student or faculty profile, create your password, and log in
